Agenda21‘s commitment concerns local action plans for a sustainable urban model, in which the participation of local communities in defining and promoting initiatives is defined as fundamental. The work, commitment and efforts of all members are directed towards the definition of a common stable programme that has as its object the achievement of objectives related to sustainability, for the benefit of the territory and its citizens.
Education and training on environmental awareness. These are services that, first and foremost, comply with environmental regulations and provide public awareness of the importance of respecting nature.
The Association invests in projects that have a positive impact on the territory, linking these with actions that are particularly topical in the public debate, in particular on reducing the use and dispersion of plastics in the environment, the regeneration of disused urban areas to limit soil consumption and energy saving for community consolidation.
The Association counts among its members 20 municipalities in the Isola bergamasca and Dalmine-Zingonia area, whose current President is Marcello Mossali (educator-trainer and Administrative Manager) and whose Director is Arch. Davide Fortini (for the technical management of the platform).
