Market:

CESCOT Bergamo, a training organisation promoted by Confesercenti, is responsible for providing training and identifying financial support for companies in the Trade, Tourism and Advanced Tertiary Sector.

Field of application:

Non-profit training organisation for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in trade, tourism and services, belonging to the CONFESERCENTI (Bergamo) “circuit”.
It delivers different types of courses, some focusing on ecological transaction, environment and sustainability.
CESCOT’s catalogue of courses is developed in different areas: communication, linguistics, new professions, socio-health and tourism. In this way, CESCOT is able to cover the training needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in trade, tourism and services. Although “standard” basic and further training courses are available, CESCOT also designs projects according to the needs of the individual company.

Products and/or services:

CESCOT proposes, develops and manages training courses on various “topics”, accompanying the company throughout its training process, while researching and activating all possible funding channels available to alleviate the costs of corporate training itself.

  • in the regional register of accredited operators for Employment Services

Management group:

Sara Belotti – CESCOT Directorate, Bergamo and Milan.

  • Coordinates Cescot staff and activities and is responsible for planning, analysis of the feasibility of training projects, budgets and development strategies.
  • She researches the best opportunities for active labour policies and subsidised financing, such as recruitment subsidies, special forms of job placement, Youth Guarantee, apprenticeships, inter-professional funds and regional calls.
  • She provides support for all training and consultancy needs in the Lombardy region and handles relations with universities and institutions, in particular the Lombardy Region, the Province and the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Previously gained significant experience as ADMINISTRATIVE and PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (mainly marketing) also in PERSONNEL SELECTION and HUMAN RESOURCES.

  • Head of CESCOT personnel and related activities
  • Training Director: project feasibility analysis and development strategies for the training sector
  • Responsible for the management, administration and reporting of regional and provincial projects
  • Teaching of ‘External training courses for apprentices on basic and transversal skills’
  • Consulting, teaching and tutoring in the provision of training support services
  • Designing, analysing and promoting training courses, coordinating activities, tutoring and developing compulsory seminars on legislative decree 81/08
  • Design of training courses within the Regional Territorial Pacts (Tourism)
  • Development of the Lombardy Region call for tenders for Trade Districts year 2022-2024

Pamela Paleni – Management of compulsory training in professional apprenticeships.

  • Handles compulsory training in professional apprenticeships; manages training courses within the Catalogue of the Province of Bergamo and supports companies in the implementation of professional training.
  • She follows the implementation of company projects for the continuous training of its employees, through the Paritetici Interprofessionali Funds.
  • She manages, among other things, all the activities related to the Lombardy Region’s “Youth Guarantee” project, through orientation interviews, profiling, guidance counselling, and company support in the placement of young unemployed people.

Gaia Gregis – Organisation of training courses.

  • In charge of organising and managing training courses, in particular those on health and safety in the workplace, also providing consultancy for compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08. I also follow the management and organisation of catalogue courses and the skills certification process.
  • She carries out the paperwork for the activation and monitoring of extra-curricular traineeships and active employment policies, Youth Guarantee.
  • She provides support for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and for accreditation practices 231.
